1. Rules and Regulations

The following rules and regulations apply to all visitors to or users of the SRIC Forums. By accessing this web site, user acknowledges acceptance of these terms and conditions.  These terms and conditions are not exhaustive.  SRIC reserves the right to change these rules and regulations from time to time at its sole discretion. In the case of any violation of these rules and regulations, SRIC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your right to access the SRIC Forums.  In addition, SRIC reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such violations. These rules and regulations apply to all visits to the SRIC Forums, both now and in the future.

2. Limited License

SRIC authorizes you to copy materials published by on this web site solely for non-commercial use within your organization. No other use of the information is authorized. In consideration of this authorization, you agree that any copy of these materials which you make shall retain all copyright and other proprietary notices in the same form and manner as on the original. 4. Site Content Ownership

5. Cookies

Use of the SRIC forums is at your own risk.  Do not post any information that you do not wish to make public.  Any information that you post can be obtained and used by others.  You post at your own risk.

You will not post, publish, transmit, distribute, or upload any information through the forums that contains a virus, Trojan horse, "sniffer" routines, backdoors, worms, time bombs, bots, or any other harmful software code, file, program or programming routine, or other contaminating or destructive features, . ;nor compromise the security or integrity of SRIC's computer systems, networks or web site(s) or servers.

8. Access to Password Protected/Secure Areas

Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the Web Site is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the Web Site may be subject to prosecution.

9. SRIC retains the right to remove content and limit users' access.

SRIC does not generally edit or monitor content posted by participants in its forums. However, SRIC retains the right, at its sole discretion, to limit users' access to the Forums and to remove material that, in SRIC's sole judgment, does not comply with the present Forum Principles or with the Terms & Conditions, or that is otherwise inappropriate for these forums, harmful, objectionable, or inaccurate. SRIC also retains the right to assign such right to some members of the community. SRIC is not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such material.

SRIC respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied and has been posted to this site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide is with  the following written information:

11. Enforcement

SRIC reserves the right to investigate any violation of the SRIC terms and conditions and these forums and to take appropriate action.  SRIC has absolute discretion to enforce the terms of these documents.  Remedial action may include, but is not limited to warning users, suspending access to SRIC Forums, and deleting or editing any content.  SRIC may request that a user delete, edit, or re-submit any inappropriate content.

To report a post that may be a violation, select Report Abuse to Moderator from the message Options menu, and provide a description of the issue.
